Humanity -

An odd species trapped in physical bodies and stuck in linear time. They inhabit a single small planet, in a nondescript galaxy in the far corner of an obscure little universe. All in all, a mere footnote in the vastness of existence. But, even for all that, the thing that makes them interesting is their firm, unshakable, conviction that they are, to use their own terminology, a 'higher, more advanced life form'.
